Platform terms.
These terms explain the basic rules for using WeCoModels. This is a demo version and should be replaced with final legal terms before the platform launches.
Platform role
WeCoModels is a curated platform connecting brands and models. The platform helps facilitate discovery, booking requests, applications and communication, but does not act as an employer of the models.
Model profiles
Models are responsible for submitting accurate profile information, images, rates, availability and experience. Profile changes may require admin approval before becoming public.
Brand accounts
Brands must provide accurate company information and may use the platform to browse models, send booking requests, post opportunities and review applications.
Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until the model has accepted and the platform has completed final approval. Confirmation, payment and communication rules will be defined before launch.
Opportunities
Brands may post opportunities for models to apply to. Opportunities may require admin approval before becoming visible to models.
Payments and commission
Payment handling, platform commission, invoices and payouts will be added later. The final payment terms must be confirmed before the platform launches commercially.
Cancellations
Cancellation rules for brands and models will be defined clearly before launch. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions.
